REPORTED FACTS

Amrize was formed through the separation of Holcim’s North American businesses and is now an independent listed company focused on construction materials and solutions in the United States and Canada. Its activities range from cement, aggregates and concrete to roofing and building-envelope solutions, enabling it to participate in almost the entire construction cycle, ‘from foundation to rooftop’. With more than a thousand sites and facilities in North America, it is exposed to major structural trends such as infrastructure investment, residential and commercial construction, and the modernisation of real-estate assets.

REPORTED DATA AND ANALYSIS

After the original assessment, Chairman and CEO Jan Jenisch dramatically reinforced the insider thesis with around $1.27 million in purchases at approximately $42.47. This takes Insider Signal and Insider History to 10/10. However, the shares closed on 22 September at $39.00, 12.2% below the original opening reference, and both daily and monthly technicals deteriorated clearly. Valuation improved to around 14.5–15x , but growth prospects remain moderate and analysts have issued downgrades. The CEO’s buying prevents a larger score decline but cannot offset the technical breakdown: 8.8.
