A 9+ Signal identifies a company that achieved a minimum rating of 9.0/10 under the INSIDER9+ methodology at the time of analysis. It is a research outcome and not an individual instruction to buy, sell or hold a financial instrument.

Directors and executives can buy shares with their own money. Legally disclosed purchases can be a starting point for research. We do not know a buyer’s personal motivation without an explicit statement.
Each SIGNAL_ID keeps its date and price for six calendar months. A portfolio exit, score downgrade or better opportunity does not complete the signal. It completes only at M6, even if its thesis changed earlier. This is observation, not an obligation to hold.
14 days for the initial context. Six months of tracking.
The aim is to identify a signal while price remains reasonably close to the conditions that generated the original analysis. After two weeks, market conditions may already have changed materially. This rule is not a personalised instruction to buy.
After M6, the signal is no longer active and remains in History. The decision to invest or not belongs exclusively to the user.
